Local CRE Trends

St. Louis Title, a division of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, was acquired by the company November 1, 2022, along with its affiliates Security Title, Benchmark Title, Arch City Title, and Accurate Disbursing. St. Louis Title was established in 2005 as a locally owned commercial title agency. Through the next 17 years SLT grew to be the largest commercial title provider in the St. Louis metro area, other Missouri counties and Southern Illinois counties. In addition, SLT has closed or participated in deals in over 40 states (often working with local FNF directs/NCS offices and/or FNF agents). SLT has a particular focus on development and construction deals, tax credit deals, and affordable housing projects (often in conjunction with Accurate Disbursing). SLT works with a large St. Louis based hotel chain on its deals nationwide, three of the four regional healthcare chains based in St. Louis, as well as the most active local multi-family and senior living developers/operators. They look forward to expanding their import and export business with the FNF direct and NCS operations.
